Do You Need Serenity?

If you've been thinking, "I'm not as young as I used to be," and find it difficult to keep up with your life's demands, there's good news: massage can give you the mobility and flexibility to get more of your daily tasks done. The effects of massages are cumulative, so the more of them you get, the better you will be able to move and the better you will feel.

My name is Bethany Ingraham and I graduated from Spa Tech Institute in September 2011. From December 2011 through May 2016, I worked as the head massage therapist and office assistant for a Buxton hair salon. In June 2016, I opened my own office down the street -- "where the old phone company used to be" -- next door to the Bar Mills Post Office on Route 4A.

I am a professional member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP), an Usui Reiki Master Practitioner, and a Certified Crystal Healer. I offer five years of hands-on massage experience and I strive to keep learning so that I can better serve my clients.

A long-term client of mine has lived with chronic pain for 40-years. She used to receive massage once a month, and the pain would come back long before her next session. She now sees me once a week and it has made a world of difference.

My Clients Say:

So grateful that I have found Bethany. She has such a strong understanding of anatomy and how each of our muscle groups affect others. She has a natural gift of healing. Thank you Bethany.” - Mary Ann Saxby - 3/8/2017
